If you’ve been looking for Real Estate to Buy or Lease by yourself, or with an inexperienced agent, you’re probably confused. Why are prices so hard to understand? Why is one office $15 per square foot and one $25 per square foot? Why is a warehouse asking a sale price of $30/SF and one $60/SF? Why did the Agent say I have to pay utilities at one building, another one was net, and still another NNN? Is that the same as Triple Net? And what is Gross or “all in”?
