L&P is proud to announce the recent sale of 255 & 331 Liberty St. 7.8 acres to the Mass Department of Transportation as part of the East West rail improvement plan.
The sale was for $2.4 million.
L&P Commercial represented the owner of the property running “Tri-state CDL Training” driving school.
